Ingredients: Organic spearmint leaf, organic raspberry leaf, organic chaste berries, organic skullcap, organic marshmallow root, organic ginger, and organic valerian root.
Precautions: Vitex berry (chaste berry) is not recommended for use with hormonal contraceptives. Marshmallow root should be taken with at least 250 mL (8 oz.) of liquid. Orally administered drugs should be taken 1 hour before use or several hours after, as marshmallow may slow the absorption of orally administered drugs.
